Harper’s Wish was a sweet holiday read that had some feel good moments. More than once I found myself smiling as I read it, and the mailbox to Santa reminded me of being young
and writing letters to Santa myself.
I don’t like spoilers, so no spoilers here, but I will say that this story was written in a straightforward style with alternating points of view between the hero and heroine. There weren’t any real dramatic moments or surprises along the way for the main characters in building their relationship, and with only a few details regarding physical characteristics given about the hero and heroine, I didn’t gain a clear “picture” of them, but regardless, Harper and Fin were likeable and did have a good chemistry together.
This was my first time reading this author, and I did enjoy reading her story. My recommendation: If you are wishing for something on the sweeter side of contemporary romance, along with a cowboy and a Christmas twist, then Harper’s Wish is for you.
