Brooke’s Wish was a wonderful (albeit short) read. There was
heat between Brooke and Ty nearly from the very first moment that the two met
casually walking into the same hotel. Even though this is a second book in a
series I felt that it stood alone very nicely, the imagery vivid and hot where
it needed to be.
The story held captivating characters and a charming sense of
ease to it. Because the book was so short, only 40 pages all together, I’m only
giving it three stars. I truly wished for more of this story, more of a closure
instead of being left hanging on the relationship that could or could not
develop between Brooke and Ty.
I’m giving two flames simply because there was only one sexual
encounter and it truly didn’t go into very much detail.
In the end I did enjoy Ms. Bunino’s writing, there just simply
wasn’t enough of it.
