Christmas is supposed to be a joyous time of year, but for Harper Donaldson it’s just another day. Orphaned at an early age, she doesn’t have a single good memory of
Christmas.

But, when a Santa’s Mailbox mysteriously
appears in the lobby of the post office where she works as postmistress, Harper wonders what it could hurt to send her own letter to Santa.

Could he bring her the family she’d always wanted?

The Crimson Rope Anthology

Unleash your kinky side with six titillating BDSM tales.

Let The Crimson Rope bind you in an erotic adventure sure to please, with skilled Dom’s and sexy submissives that are willing to explore their boundaries. From pleasured gasps to stinging desire, the authors of this anthology will not only seduce you, but leave you begging for more.

The Exhibition by London Saint James:

Bianca Kirkland has known Slater Nolan most of her life. She practically spent every
waking moment of her formative years in his house, hanging out with her best
friend and his younger brother, Jayce. Now they’re all grown up, and Bianca is
even more attracted to Slater, but it’s just as hopeless as when she was a girl.
The dominant, artistic, and sexy Slater Nolan has always been out of her league,
or so she thought, until the night she attended his newest art exhibition.

Will Bianca find Slater to be more than she bargained for, or will she finally do the
one thing she really wants to do—submit to desire?

Amazing Maisie by Raven McAllan:

Maisie is left a challenge by her new boyfriend Rob. He is an experienced Dom and not
willing to settle for anything less than true submission. Whilst he is away on a
business trip they communicate via e-mail and Maisie is asked to explore her
submissive tendencies. When Rob returns it's time to experience these to the
full.

Will Maisie find true fulfillment as his sub, or will it be all over?

Liberating Lua by Elyzabeth M. VaLey:

Lord Jürgen GreyStorm, is married to the love of his life, Lady Lua Mirabella.
Marriage, however, is not what he expected. His adored wife is unresponsive when
he lies between her legs every night, the idea that sex is a sin instilled into
her since childhood. Furthermore, Jürgen`s way of love involves chains, spanks
and dominance in a way that he fears, would drive his Lua away forever.

For Lady Lua Mirabella sex is an obligation. Or at least, that’s what she’s been
taught that it should be. The truth is, that her tactic of lying stiff as a
board while her beloved husband ruts into her is driving her insane and him
away. She loves Jürgen but when she discovers his dark tastes, she will have to
decide whether to submit to him fully and willingly or step away.

T
aboo by Doris O’Connor:

What can be more Taboo than lusting after your father's sex-on-legs friend? Lust
turns to love when Josh rescues Lucy from a scene going badly wrong. Oh yes,
that'll be another taboo then, the whole need to submit thing. Is Lucy ready to
deal with the very real life consequences of her actions?

Joshua is a Dom on a mission - to claim his best friend's daughter.

Lock, Stock, and Spank Her by R. Brennan:

After a bad relationship with a cheating ex-dominant, Beth Turner has been reluctant
to jump back into the D/s dating scene. Her best friend, Marcy, who just happens
to be a lifestyle mistress, finally convinces Beth to take the plunge and attend
a local fetish munch as her guest.

Beth plans to take it slow, and certainly doesn’t expect to run into the
ultra-dominant Alexander Sterling, whose BDSM inventions are the stuff of local
legend. Yet, somehow, he manages to convince her to be the test subject in his
spanking demonstration. Strapped into his newest invention, Beth learns quickly
there is more to him than a sexy, shaved head and form-fitting leather pants. In
fact, Alexander Sterling just may be her masterful perfect match.

The Cowboy and the Schoolmarm by Nikki Prince:

Melanie Thurman never thought she’d get a second chance at her cowboy. A cowboy who
happens to be the Dom she left behind when she married his
rival.

Shiloh Cody had left town when the woman he wanted married another. He’d stayed away as long as he could then he’d found out that Melanie was a widow. Damned if he’d let anything stand
between him and her submission.

This time the teacher had a lesson to learn.

The Pulse, Book 1 in the Pulse Trilogy

Book One in the heart-pounding Pulse Trilogy—a gripping erotic romance
set in post-apocalyptic New York City one year after an electromagnetic pulse
destroys America’s power grid. "Intense, exciting, and sizzlingly sexy—a perfect post-apocalyptic romance!" (Heather Thurmeier, bestselling author of Escape to My Arms and Stuck on You)

Emily Rosen lives in a military camp at Grand Central Station, where
women sell their bodies to soldiers for extra rations. When she discovers a dark
secret—that America is rebuilding outside of New York City, and everything the
city’s refugees have been told is a lie—she escapes, the soldiers hot on her
heels…

But Christopher Mason, a convict who broke out of prison after the
Pulse, finds Emily first. Although he’s survived this long on the streets by
looking out only for himself, Emily is beautiful, alluring, and impossible to
leave behind.

Now Emily must convince this intimidating, magnetic stranger to be her guide as they journey out of New York and into the unknown. She’ll barter with her body, but sex with Mason can never be currency—it’s pure passion, and everything she desires. Despite the crumbling world around them, can Emily and Mason discover true love blooming in the darkest of
places?

“Look at me,”Emily said soothingly. “I need to see your pupils.”

She peered into his eyes. In a perfect world, she’d shine a flashlight in them, but there were no flashlights. The only light
she had now streamed in through the dirty glass panes of the windows.

Man, he was good-looking. Too good-looking. And large.

Mason leaned forward on the cot and grabbed her wrists. “It’s you,” he said groggily.

“I’m Emily, I’m taking care of you,” she said gently. “I’m going to clean your wound. It may hurt.”

“I remember you. I saw you that day, when they picked you up. When you got brought in.”

Emily looked at him in horror. He was from the camp, he had to be. She shrank away from him, feeling her heart race. The
washrag hung limply from her hand.

Focus, don’t be blinded by fear.

“I remember you. When they took you away, it was me, hiding behind the cab,” Mason said, staring intently into her eyes. “Are you okay?”

She remembered him now, the man who held his finger to his lips. At the time she had assumed he was hiding from the soldiers, just like she had been.

Like she was now.

“You—you’re not one of them?” she asked, hating how weak and scared she sounded.

“No. I’ve got my reasons to hide from the law.  Like you, I imagine.”

She laughed, a dry barking sound. “Not like my reason.”

Quickly, she quieted herself. The less he knew about her hidden radio, the safer for both of them.

“Are you . . . Why are you hiding, Mason?” She had to know, as much as she didn’t want to. He was the only man around she could possibly trust—if he truly had nothing to do with the soldiers.

As much as she wanted to make it on her own, it didn’t hurt to know who her friends were—and her enemies.

Suddenly, he looked at her suspiciously. “I should never have told you my name.”

“I’m sorry,”Emily whispered. “I saw the tattoo, on your arm. I thought maybe you had been in prison.”

“Do you know what they do to prisoners now, Emily?”

Emily looked at him and cocked her head. “My understanding is they let all the petty criminals go. The ones who were
murderers, rapists, pedophiles and psychos they . . . they shot them. Killed them all so they wouldn’t take up valuable
resources.”

“They kill prisoners, huh?” Mason said, staring at her intently, holding her wrists. “So what makes you think I want you
spreading rumors about me being in prison?”

“I won’t tell anyone. Not a soul.”

He dropped his hands then, as if suddenly realizing what he was doing. “There’re no computers to track me. No fingerprint
files. I’m a blank slate now, and I intend to start over.”

“What did you do?” she whispered.

“I’m not going to hurt you,” he said. “And that’s all you need to know. Understand?”

“Okay,” she said softly, and picked up the rag to finish cleaning his wound, grateful to have a task to keep her focused. He
wouldn’t need stitches, but she’d have to check him every fifteen minutes or so for a while to make sure he wasn’t suffering from a brain injury.

Not that she could do anything for him if he was. If his head injury was truly serious, then he would just go to sleep and die.
She wasn’t about to do brain surgery. She couldn’t even if she knew how.

His T-shirt was saturated with blood—scalps tend to bleed a lot. “Can you . . . take off your shirt?” she asked
tentatively.

“You don’t have to do this,” he said. His face looked flushed, a deep pink coloring his previously pale cheeks. “I’m not—I
don’t expect you to—”

She took a step back. “No! That’s not what I meant. I just—your shirt is ruined. Bloody. I can wash it.”

He turned his face from her for a moment as if trying to compose himself.

“Where you gonna wash it?” he asked as he pulled the filthy shirt over his shoulders.

She glimpsed tight abdominal muscles and an incredibly large, smooth chest before the shirt came completely off . He had a
sprinkling of crinkly dark hair leading down around his navel, trailing into the waistband of his cargo pants.

Emily sighed.“I don’t know. But I bet one of the shirts I took with me from Grand Central will fit. Might be a bit tight,” she
acknowledged as she ruffled through a worn backpack. “Here.”

It was definitely too small, outlining all of his muscles in stark relief.

Growing Love by Lacey Wolfe

Resigned to raising her baby without the father, Diane has everything figured out—a substitute dad in place, a support
system ready, and a new home to move into—at least until the day he knocks on her door.

Matt tried to let Diane go, tried to forget that she was
carrying his child, but an ultrasound picture brings his walls tumbling down. He can’t stay away any longer. But he hasn’t always been perfect. Diane and he share a past full of deceit and lies and now they have only nine months to undo
it all and become responsible adults. It’s not only about them
anymore.

With complications in her pregnancy, Diane is forced to move back to Brookfield to be under the care of her family. All she has to do is keep her feelings for Matt in check and she can stick to her original plan—raise the baby with Tom.

But it seems Matt has a few choice words about that…

Excerpt

Diane set the brush down after combing out all her tangles. All she needed was a light layer
of makeup and she’d be ready. Tom was supposed to be coming today and she couldn’t wait to see him. The last few days, she’d been feeling like herself again. Maybe it was time to go home. As much as she wanted to stay in Brookfield, she wasn’t sure it was right.

Matt had been leaving her alone. Aside from one day he’d left some bakery items for her with
Alyssa. He hadn’t done it again. Diane wasn’t sure if this was a good or bad thing. One moment he’d been adamant about being in her life and now he was gone.

She needed to stop thinking about him and especially stop wanting him. But she’d always been
attracted to him, even when he’d dated Alyssa. She found herself making eyes at him though she knew it was wrong. But when it had come to Matt, she threw all morals out the window. And she couldn’t do that anymore. She had a baby to think of.

After turning off the bathroom light, she went into the living room to sit and rest a few. She
wanted to get out for a bit, maybe go see a movie. That required sitting and would be enjoyable. Hopefully she could convince Tom.  He was acting more and more like a mother hen these days.

A light knock sounded on the door. Diane hopped up and grinned. She opened the door and
practically jumped into his arms.

“Wow, I didn’t think you’d be that happy to see me.”

She stepped back and straightened her clothes. This was awkward. How did she explain this.
Though it had felt good to have his arms around her again. “Matt, what are you doing
here?”

He cocked an eyebrow. “Obviously I wasn’t who you were happy to see.”

“Tom’s supposed to be coming.”

"Can I come in?” he asked nervously.

Was that a good idea? “I don’t know.”

“I promise not to get you upset.”

“Okay.” She motioned for him to enter. She might as well see what he wanted. “This won’t
take long, will it?”

Matt glanced at her. “No.”

They sat down on opposite couches but still by each other in the living room. Maybe she should
move over a cushion. Diane knew she needed to keep the tension down. But something about this man got her blood pumping. Whether it was hopping in the sack or getting in an argument, she stayed all hot and bothered around him.

“Your sister told me I’m the cause of your stress.”

So that was why he’d been leaving her alone. She was going to kill Alyssa, or was
she?

“I don’t want you having this baby early because of me.” He paused. “Or more likely, I don’t
want to be the one blamed. If you want, I’ll go away until after you have our son. Just as long as I’m not the one who is blamed if the baby is colicky or something like that. I can’t be the cause of every
problem.”

The cause of problems? Where had he gotten this idea from?“Matt, no one blames
you—”

“Yes, you and your sister do. Hell, Cody might too. But at least he talks to me to find out my
side. All I get from Alyssa is to go away until the baby arrives. As though the problems in this pregnancy were caused by me.” He took a deep breath and continued, “I don’t mean to come here and argue, but I’m tired of being a doormat.”

She hated that he felt that way. “You’re not.”

He snickered. "You just don’t see it. I don’t want to fight or see you get upset. Each time I’ve talked to you has landed you with contractions. But I’m trying. I really am. If you’d let me, I’d be so much more.” His eyes were dark with passion and she knew what he meant. “But I understand you’re with Tom.”

“I’m—”

“Don’t apologize. I let you go. One of my biggest mistakes.”

Diane didn’t even realize she was standing or know how she got onto the same couch with Matt.
But her lips found his and when they touched, all was right again. They stayed still a moment with just their lips touching. God, she wanted this man. But as she wrapped a hand around his neck to deepen the kiss, she felt him resist. She pulled back and gazed into his eyes.

"Why did you do that?” he asked.

She sat frozen, staring at him. “I, uh. I don’t know.”

“We can’t do that.”

Matt was telling her no. He’d told her he wanted her. And she’d kissed him. Now he was
telling her he couldn’t do this. Wow, she was really confused. She wiped her hands across her pants before she stood and paced a little. Her cheeks burned from embarrassment. This man was going to drive her insane.

“Please, sit.” He patted the couch.

“No. I’m not going to sit down. I’m sick and tired of everyone telling me to sit down. Everyone thinks they know what I need or want. But they don’t.” She placed her hands on her hips. “Maybe I want you
too.”

“What about Tom?”

“What about me?” Tom appeared.

Bridging the Gap Promotions - Tie Down my Heart by Linda Carroll-Bradd

A contemporary Western Novella
From the Tease Line at Decadent Publishing

Journalist Didi Pierpont needs a man…to interview for her rodeo
article. When calf-roper Chayton Red Fox exits the ring in an ambulance, she follows close behind determined to get a story. Can Didi keep her journalistic distance, or will the gorgeous but cocky cowboy tie her in knots?

First hurdle crossed. Didi stepped through the doorway and walked along the row of curtained spaces.
Just like the fitting rooms in her favorite specialty shops. Except for the brownish grit underfoot. A shudder ran through her. She’d be leaving her boots outside on the hotel room balcony tonight.

Hmmm. As she walked, she noticed the majority of the curtains were open, displaying small, empty
cubicles. Somehow, she’d thought she’d find a central room with competitors hanging around and she could have her choice of subjects. Not the case. At the very end, she spotted a partially closed curtain and her heart sped up.

Under the curtain was a pair of scuffed tan boots topped with worn jeans. Stopping short of the cubicle, she angled her position until she could look into the mirror and catch a glimpse
of a well-muscled chest. Closer inspection revealed a small patch of black hair between his tanned pecs, bisected by a long scar. The white line started on the man’s breastbone and disappeared under the bandage he was busy wrapping around his ribs.

Ooh, that injury must have hurt. Her hand moved to the skin above her camisole and rubbed, as if
to erase the mark from the man’s bronze skin. Wonder what caused that type of cut?

“Like what you’re gawking at?”

His raspy voice made her gasp and stiffen her stance. Her gaze shot to the mirror and met narrowed, dark eyes under twin black slashes of frowning eyebrows. “Pardon my rudeness. I haven’t seen a scar quite like that.”

“Must not have been around many bull riders.”

“I used to live with a couple, but they were unscathed.” Her gaze went back to his chest, and her
stomach tumbled at the thought of either JJ or Garland suffering through a similar injury.

An eyebrow quirked, and he pulled open the curtain. “Lived with a couple? Angel, this is getting
interesting.”

“Oh, not what you’re thinking.” Her cheeks flamed. “They’re my older brothers—dull as dishwater.” She sucked in a breath and extended her hand.“Didi Pierpont from the Dallas County Gazette. I’m working on a piece about individuals who compete at rodeos and would love to interview you.”

“Nice to meet you, ma’am.” His fingers touched the brim of his hat before his calloused hand
enclosed hers and shook. “I’ll pass on the interview.”

For an instant, her shoulders sagged until she pulled on the natural persistence that her daddy
claimed was strengthened by years of beauty-pageant competition. “Now, don’t be hasty. A bit of press is always good for a rodeo-rider’s career. I saw those posters on my way in. The association spent a chunk of change to promote those riders.” She studied his face and thought she recognized him as a bronc rider. “A good story could boost ticket sales for the next event.”

“Those posters aren’t new. Do you even know who I am?” He settled his hat more firmly on his head,
then squared his stance and crossed both arms over his muscled chest.

Which only pumped his biceps into rounded bulges that she fought to ignore. The man’s body was honed and chiseled with no sign of fat anywhere. “If I know, do I get the interview?”

“Depends.”

“On what?” Her gaze narrowed on the smirk that threatened his lips.

“Dunno.” A shoulder lifted in a shrug. “I leave my options open.”
